As much as we want you to love your Vintage Foundry Co. shoes, sometimes there are reasons why you might want to return or exchange your order. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or any other reasons, you can always exchange or return it (within the contiguous U.S.) so long as:
  1. Your return/exchange request is submitted within 30 days on the date of purchase.
  2. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  3. Your return/exchange request is from Our Website. Otherwise, please contact the retailer of where you purchased the item so they can further assist you with your concern.
  4. For International returns (no exchange available), you must purchase your own shipping label to ship the item/s back to us.
  5. Each order/product is eligible for one complimentary exchange/cash refund. An order that was previously exchanged and then returned is only eligible for store credit.
  6. NO Return/Exchange for 'FINAL SALE' items and/or orders with a Final Sale discount code.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. We will provide a FREE shipping label for your return/exchange.

Once our facility has received your return and fully inspected it, we will immediately release the funds. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.


We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

Orders with expedited shipping that is placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
